Time of delivery of goods: 

Normally, we will ship within 3 business days of our shop after ordering. (Sundays and Saturdays and public holidays are closed days for shipping operations) Delivery time varies from country to country.

International Shipping

We offer three modes of international shipping:

EMS (Express Mail Service) is our recommended shipping service for international orders, as it is the most secure.

DHL has collection centers near us and can deliver to many countries.

FedEx has collection centers near us and can deliver to many countries. 

Domestic Shipping In Japan

Domestic transport is delivered by Yamato Transport unless there is a special reason to do so. We recommend Yamato Transport because they offer the safest possible delivery at the right price.

Returns, Return Period, Defective Products and Cancellation: 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We may ask you to send us photos or video to check the condition of the item and assess the reason for return. We will check the facts and then inform you about the method of return.

Items that are returned to us without prior agreement to a return cannot be accepted by us, or the confirmation process may be significantly delayed.
